mod_rewrite: “Pretty Permalinks” #
Pretty permalinks are available under Caddy automatically in a default WordPress installation. This is the default built-in behaviour of the php_fastcgi directive. Additional rewrite rules are not required.
Using “Pretty” permalinks #
For Caddy, the rewrite rule will need to be adjusted if WordPress files are moved to a subdirectory. Refer to Using Caddy to give WordPress its own directory for details.
