Why are requests with status 400 logged as INFO nor ERROR?

It used to be logged as ERROR prior to last year, but a change was made after this discussion:

1. The problem I’m having: I’m using Caddy as a reverse proxy and have enabled access logs. It’s working correctly, but it logs client errors (e.g., HTTP 404 responses) with "level": "ERROR". That doesn’t seem right to me, as I’d prefer that errors caused by client misbehavior not to show up at the same severity level as, say, a message about Caddy being unable to parse its config file or connect to its storage. Is there a way to configure Caddy to log HTTP client errors at another severity? 2…
