Where do i put my static files?!?!

The problem I’m having:

I’ve just installed and set up a caddy server, however I can’t figure out how to place my static files. I’m currently stuck with this:

What I’ve tried:

I’ve tried making a var/www/html directory with my files countless times and set the root in the configuration to point at it, only to get " This (url) page can’t be found. No webpage was found for the web address: (url)"

any help?

You need to change your Caddyfile to point to where you want your files.
