I created an account yesterday and made a post. I was not able to reply on the thread for some reason, even though I was promoted a trust level. I got an error saying I need to wait X hours. I ended up needing to wait 24 hours from when my account was created.
It was just strange to be able to create a post but not reply on it.
We have some pretty tight restrictions due to severe spam attacks, sorry about that.
You should be able to edit your post, if I recall. If not, we can at least change it so you can edit your own post.
Thanks very much for your response, that makes a lot of sense. I think I was able to edit the title, but not the post. All’s good now though - just wanted to bring this to your attention in case you were not aware.
