So I read Caddy equivalent to apache2's 'mod_userdir' module but it redirects (as expected) and I am trying to archive that the user wont see that the url is rewritten.

None of the solutions in the thread you linked produce any redirects at all.
If you’ve having trouble, post your full Caddyfile and tell us what’s not working for you.
