Is it possible to use Caddy with PHP not non-FPM?

yes with FrankenPHP

Ah. While this does look interesting they only provide back to PHP 8.2 and 7 onwards had FPM so I could just enable that. I’m on an older (sadly) PHP that I am waiting on our developers to update.
