I have a wildcard subdomains with custom tls. and I always find tons of requests try to validate certification for subdomains starts with git and gitlab and it keeps run my domain out rate limit. this happens although I am using custom tls

Caddy shouldn’t have any limits to how many subdomains it can serve… ACME providers do, but you’re providing your own certificate. I have no idea what the rest of your configuration looks like, so I can’t speculate further.
