The curl command reports an error

I report an error when the cmd executes curl.

4. How I installed and ran Caddy:

Installed: Windows amd64
ran: cmd caddy run

a. System environment:

Windows 11, CPU[AMD], cmd running caddy

b. Command:

caddy run

c. Service/unit/compose file:
