Scoop (Windows Package Management) has moved to Caddy v2

Scoop, the package manager for Windows, was Caddy ready, but kept v1 for a few months.
I confirmed this was updated to 2.0.0 a few hours ago.

Servers running Windows can easily install Caddy with this command:

> scoop install caddy

I will do this in the future and update Caddy with other apps:

> scoop update *

It’s comfortable!

There is Caddy in Chocolatey, but it is very old.

I found that this situation exists not only in Caddy but in many apps. So I use Scoop.
