I deleted ~/.local/share/caddy, then ran Caddy with the account-lock branch of certmagic. It was able to get certificates from Let’s Encrypt for all domains, so it looks like the changes have worked.

Always a possibility for addition issues when change happens.
Today (June 6, 2024) there will be a changing to new intermediate certificates
