IPv6 only hosts and ZeroSSL

Anybody know of an IPv6 API endpoint for ZeroSSL?
LetsEncrypt does work, but now I’m (without BuyPass) without fail over if LetsEncrypt fails. Especially concerning when shortlived profiles start to get enforced
