Frequent DNS probe possible issues when using both Caddy and Nginx Proxy Manager

1. The problem I’m having:

I am using all 3: Caddy, Nginx Proxy Manager(NPM) and Duckdns with same local IP, and same 8.8.8.8 DNS, also my OMV which is the host for all my docker containers, Caddy and NPM is on Same 8.8.8.8 dns.

I’m using Caddy or Nginx Proxy Manager to reverse proxy all my docker containers using private IPs, just to get easy to use URLs and SSL thru Duckdns Domains

But sometimes i do face some DNS probe possible errors on my Phone in same local Network when using the reverse proxied domains, and my phone is set to 1.1.1.1, can that DNS on my Phone be the issue?

And yes forgot to mention all the domains I use for my containers are Wildcards of duckdns domain registered (eg: xyz.my.duckdns.org)

Does all clients needs to use the same DNS server?
