Caddyserver.com/download still points to 2.1.1

Hi - can you update the /download page to download the latest version (2.2.0) - thanks!

For the time being, you can download the release from github:

Or if you need a build with plugins, you can easily build from source with xcaddy (it’s what the build server uses, behind the scenes):

Oh yeah… I forgot about that. Was a mental TODO at first but then I left it there. I just cleared the build cache manually, and it’s downloading v2.2 now.
