@matt I can use {$APP_DOMAIN} for now, for sure 
That will at least allow me to use v2 with Caddyfile.
Ultimately, at some point before v2, I think it would be awesome for Caddy if you did happen to include support for:
https://{env.APP_DOMAIN} {
...
}
