Caddy upgrade hidden in documentation

The caddy upgrade command made it a trivial exercise to upgrade to 2.4.3 for an earlier 2.4.x release.

I’ve noticed that it’s been documented under Subcommands, but appears to be missing in the summary view.under Command Line.

The subcommand build-info is also missing from this list.

Caddy has a standard unix-like command line interface. Basic usage is:

```

The `<carets>` indicate parameters that get replaced by your input.

The`[brackets]` indicate optional parameters.
