Caddy 2.1 brings a number of new features, bug fixes, and other enhancements to the table! All users should test and upgrade. (Caddy 2.1.1 is a quick patch for minor regressions in 2.1 caused by dependencies.)
Special thanks to @Mohammed90, @francislavoie, @hairyhenderson, and others who have volunteered a lot of their time to make the current release process stress-free. During the release cycle I was able to spend time being productive on website upgrades. Hopefully within the month there’ll be a new Download page for custom builds, and a simple Portal for Caddy accounts.
When I’ve finished this iteration on the website, I want to focus on reducing Caddy binary sizes, improving the underlying ACME library (which needs refactoring / rewriting), and addressing more open issues.
