Caddy v0.11.3 is released, which includes a number of bug fixes and new features:
As usual, it is highly recommended that everyone upgrade to this release after testing it in their staging environments.
This should fix the bugs related to CA account rate limiting / prompting for emails, and IP-only certificates, along with several other TLS/ACME-related issues.
