I work on a project to control and supervise cold storages for apples.
It consists of a PLC that controls temperatures, athmosphere and refrigeration units. The supervisor part consists of a separet Linux-Mini-Computer, that run podman. There are containers for collecting data, a time series database (victoriametrics) and for custom workflows with node-red.
A containerized Caddy proxies the various services.
