Windows 8.1, Cloudflare DNS, and Caddy as a reverse proxy

I’m getting close! These are the results I now get:

https://example.com:10443/sonarr – This now works!

https://www.example.com:10443/sonarr – “Your connection is not private. NET::ERR_CERT_COMMAN_NAME_INVALID”

https://example.com/sonarr – “ERR_CONNNECTION_CLOSED” (However, I think this is as expected. Port 443 cannot be forwarded on my VPN - which is always on - so I believe the VPN is blocking access here).

Outside the VPN forcing me to use port 10443, do you have any thoughts on why the www won’t resolve? Again, this is what my Cloudflare DNS page looks like:
