So stupid of me, this is really embarassing.
All i had to do is change my API Token env variable from
"CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN" to "CF_API_TOKEN" ,
and everything works like charm 
I’ll leave the ticket here hoping it helps someone else in similar scenario!
