I think you misunderstand how a Caddyfile is supposed to be structured. You can’t just put directives within eachother wherever.
Please read this page in the docs:
You seem to have Caddy v1 config mixed with Caddy v2 config. They are not compatible. Caddy v2 was a complete rewrite, so lots changed. See the upgrade guide:
