Making remote caddy webserver

1. The problem I’m having:

I can run my server that serves a php file on localhost but when I replace the localhost with my IP, I still can’t acces the webserver via google on another network. My caddy file compiles and caddy does run but I still can’t vistit the webserver.

Can anyone help me in getting the server online for external use?

This is my caddyfile:

I installed caddy by following the caddy documentation for ubuntu
