Local IP address creates SSL error

I found another thread discussing this problem.
Again, it doesn’t supply a solution, it states the issue is resolved by using a domain name, and that’s that.
I would like to be able to use the internal IP address too.

Docker with `tls internal` only allows a single IP address (default container IP), all other IP addresses considered insecure certificates
