How to translate config file from v1 to v2

I have a proxy file

https://test.somdomain.com
{
    
	proxy / http://127.0.0.1:8080 {
        
		transparent

	}

}

that works perfectly with 0.11

Its failing for me in v.2 and I tried a few times redo it for v2 but no joy.
Could anyone help me with this file please
