DAV fails with net::ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR with Nextcloud

Hi,

I’M trying to get Nextcloud working on Caddy. So far this has been working okay-ish, however, the Calender and Contacts don’t work at all from browser and from DAVDroid.

In Chrome I simply receive a net::ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR and the request fails.

On DAVDroid I see 405 errors in it’s log.

Nextcloud does not log any errors.

Caddy does not log any errors.

I’ve found an issue on github, #497, but it seems that the error in that issue was fixed a while ago.

I’m running Caddy 0.9.4 if that helps.
