I was doing research on these DNS servers as suggested by you. I stumbled on some suggestion to use IPV6 to bypass the need for Nat Loopback. I specified my public IPV6 address at duckdns.org and it worked !!!
I have to thank you and thank gyfer very much for helping me to get Vaultwarden and Caddy to run successfully at the end.
