2 Errors I'm fighting with

Hey all,

New to using Caddy (in Windows 10 x64) and have a couple of confusing errors happening with setting up a caddy file…

Rather than re-type the questions, I’ll just paste the 2 links to another site where I asked:

Note that in order to get the second CF issue I had just commented out the first issue as a test.

Any one have any advice?
